I'd choose Lucy, as I've always loved that name. Lucy Maeve would make a beautiful combo imo.

LouisaI love Louisa, and I'm always amazed by how uncommon it remains. Louisa Caroline and Louisa Maeve are my favorite combos from your list. Lucy is a really popular dog name among my friends, family, and neighbors, so that has kinda soured the name for me, and the many pronunciation possiblities of Lucia put me off it, but really all three names are beautiful.

First of all, I really like them all. Louisa is my favorite, hands down, followed by Lucy. While I like Lucia, there are pronunciation issues that I prefer not to deal with and Lucy fits the bill anyway, so I'd rather go with that.Combos:Louisa Maeve

Lucy Eleanor -- love this one; my fave Lucy combo
Lucy Caroline

Lucy. It's timeless and elegant, with great associations. Lucia is too frilly and complicated pronounciation wise. It lacks Lucy's simplicity and beauty.Louisa is lovely as well!Lucy Caroline or Louisa Maeve would be adorable.

I would probably go with Lucia Aurelia. In theory I like Lucy more, but if I had a child right now and had to pick I would probably go with Lucia since that sounds better in swedish.
I don't like Louisa.

Louisa. Definitely Louisa. I would use it in real life myself. It's a beautiful and sophisticated name.
I think all the names on your list would go very well with Louisa but my favorites are Louisa Eleanor and Louisa Caroline.
I quite like Lucia (lu-see-a) too but not Lucy.

Lucia is my favorite. I like it pronounced Lu-see-a. Louisa is NMS, but Lucy is cute as a nickname for Lucia.Out of the combos, I like Lucia Caroline and Lucia Maeve. Lucia Eleanor would also work, but I think that the other two flow better.

LuciaLouisa sounds a little lazy, although I know most people here would strongly disagree with me. If you like the name Lucy, couldn't you always call Lucia Lucy anyway? All of the middle name suggestions could work.More suggestions:Lilibeth
Tabitha
Ruth
Vivienne
Lucasta
Belphoebe
Lillian
Lilith
Ruby
Rosalind

I like all of them, but I love and would consider using Lucia. I also prefer your preferred pronunciation. I think all of the middle names flow well except for Sylvie (it sounds a bit S heavy).

Louisa, but prn loo-EES-uh, not loo-EEZ-uh. It's a very pretty. but sadly underused, name. You could call her Lou which is slowly starting to grow on me as a nn. Lucy is too common and Lucia strikes me as too trendy.Louisa Maeve and Louisa Caroline would make for a lovely combo.

I like Louisa best. It's old fashioned yet sweet. Lucy is nice too, but it's a little humdrum for my tastes. Lucia seems too exotic for my current name style. I say Lucia like you do, "loo-SEE-ah".I like Louisa Maeve, it seems very smart and alert.
