I actually am starting to like the name Blair for a girl. But, I don't like any of these combos. Very bland popular name + classic, typical middle names.

Same here! Where are all of the good names? At least I have some imagination and am hopefully naming my daughters Emmeline, Birgitta, and Aine, maybe.
