I definitely prefer Jonathan. Despite its popularity, I've always liked it. It's a strong, handsome name.

Out of the other names, I like Xavier and Dominic the best. Anthony and Joseph are nice names, and Marcus is a decent name. Noah is NMS.

I went to school with, no joke, probably a dozen Jonathans and my school had only 75ish students from 7th-12th grade (and, of course, only half of those were boys). It was a highly overused name. It was like, if you don't know that guy's name, chances are it's Jonathan. So, it kind of turned me off of it. It's a perfectly nice name, but I wouldn't use it because of that.

Sebastian hands down. Jonathan is just so common and a little boring imo. Sebastian has style and charm.
I like all the names you listed with the exception of Xavier and Noah. I actually have nephews named Joseph and Dominic, and Josephs mn is Anthony, so I love all of those. I like a lot Antony too.

I like Sebastian better than Jonathan, just because Jonathan is so common. Sebastian sounds more exotic to me. I also like Noah, but it's becoming a little too common nowadays.

Jonathan. It's been my favorite boys' name forever, because it's handsome and classic but not as popular as John. Also, Sebastian always reminds me of the crab from The Little Mermaid.

Jonathan is so dull. I think there were about 6 Jonathan/Jonnys in m year at school. It's in my book one of the most boring names there is!
