Wallerand/Waelrand could mean Edge of the (canal) Bank in Dutch and therefore in Flemish. Like Wall St, and the Rand = Witwatersrand in South Africa from which our currency gets its name: Ridge of White Waters. Also contained gold mines ...

Mmh, I like Domithilde (if spelt Domitilde) and Aglaée - this name has been on my mind lately, though I don't usally like these sounds. I like Palmire too. And I recently discovered Zénaïde while doing some genealogical research, I find it both appealing and ugly.

I had never seen Valérique, it's quite interesting! I can't stop mentally repeating it. It sounds like a made up name.
I see Clovis becoming kinda hip in France, I also have seen a few in recent BAs. I'm pretty sure in a few years this kind of list will become very sought-after by trendy parents!
