it's much neater.I wouldn't use Se/Shay unless you're certain you're pronouncing it right.It might be a stretch, but how about Cecile/Cecille? The name Cecil became popular honouring the Cecil family, whose name is derived from the Welsh Seisyll, which ultimately comes from the Latin Sextus ('six').
