Psyche
So, I have a problem. I really love the name Psyche. I love the sound and the mythological connections (because I am a dork for Greek mythology; ignoring the fact that Psyche's story is actually Roman). However, I am a realistic person and I realize how impractical this name is and all of the potential teasing that could go with it. The teasing part doesn't really bother me as much as the judgments people would make about her/her weird parents for naming her that, haha.Anyway, do you think it could be used as a fn? Do you have any middle name ideas? Also, do you have any combo suggestions that would use Psyche as a middle name? I don't have any problems with it as a mn because, for the most part, people don't even know your middle name in life. Feel free to look at my PNL or give some suggestions of your own. All I've really come up with is:Psyche June - June was my grandmother's mn and the name she went by and I would like to use it or a variant for a future daughter.
June Psyche
Junia PsycheWdyt? I'm open to most anything so any help would be appreciated!

Junia Psyche flows the best.

Unfortunately, I think Psyche would be fodder for the bullies. It's so close to the word 'psycho' that it's not usable, imo. As a mn, it's fine. Junia Psyche would be my pick of the three you've listed. Junia is quirky and cool.

I would never use this as a first name, but if you really love it then it would be acceptable in the middle name place I think. Junia Psyche has a nice sound to it and here are a few more suggestions:Hermia / Mia Psyche
Natasha Psyche
Helena Psyche
Amelia Psyche
Fiona Psyche
I got those without even looking at your PNL and when I looked they were all there except Natasha!!

Wow, thank you! :) I like Natasha too, I'm just more of a fan of Nadezhda nn Nadya, haha. I really like Hermia Psyche (though Hermia is yet another name I fear might be unusable), Helena Psyche, and Amelia Psyche!

I don't think it's usable as a fn, it's like naming a child "Mind." But I guess you could pull it off as mn. Junia Psyche is cute.

I love Greek mythological names, though even I have to admit that Psyche is pretty unusable as a person's first name in this era. I think it would be nice as a mn (preferrably with another Greek fn, like, say, Xylona Psyche or Athena Psyche).

I like it, but it's totally unusable in my opinion.Junia Psyche is pretty.

June Psyce if any.
I wouldn't use the name though. Yes people will think you are crazy but you set your daughter up to be called Psycho for the rest of her life. It is about one of the easiest names to tease.
