It depends on the pronunciation. If we're talking the Serbian pronunciation, then I like it. If we're talking about using it as a trendy spelling of Giovanna, then I dislike it.

I prefer Giovanna, and I love it (the Gio- spelling only).

I like Giovanna better, which is pronounced the same way in Italian anyway.

I once saw this name in a trip set. I think it was Jovana, Gianna and MaJuliana

Not a fan, but then I have bad associations with Jovana and it's derivative Jovanka.

It's a bit outlandish for my taste, though I can see that it might have appeal.
