I like it in French, but I wouldn't use it in an English-speaking place. My name is Emma and I get called Em a lot, and that's what it sounds like. It just seems too short with an American or English accent.

Are you prn it like the letter M? If so, I like it. It sounds rather sophisticated and more glamorous than Emma.
