Yolanda
I've been thinking of this name a lot lately. I never see it mentioned, but I'm liking it a lot. Once knew a family with a tradition of naming girls Yolanda or Yolande.WDYT? Be brutally honest, please.

It's a name I'd consider. I like it for its medieval feel.

I quite like it, but don't think it works on a non-Hispanic baby. I prefer Jolan anyway.

I actually kind of like it, but I've been warming up to Y names lately. I prefer Yolande to Yolanda. Like quite a few French names, it sounds prettier than its English equivalent and it reminds of the Middle Ages, so that's a mark in its favor.

I used to hate Yolanda. It sounded clunky and the "yo" part sounded like someone was calling out to get my attention. But then I came acrosee the French version, Yolande. Suddenly, it sounded elegant and sophisticated. I still don't like Yolanda, but my aversion is less.My favorite of all has got to be Iolanthe ("ee-o-LAN-thee" or "yo-LAWN-thee"). I'm a sucker for feminine "i" names.
