Mneme sounds a little too cutesy for me.
Melpomene has some personal significance to me, so I'm inclined to like it. It's somehow sophisticated yet energetic, and it's very orange. I learned it was pronounced mel-POM-en-ee. I'm not sure which is actually correct, but I like my pronunciation better. It's much more elegant and flowy.

Oh, I like your pronunciation of the name Melpomene. The other way completely ruins the name for me because I hear the word 'meanie'.
