Stephanie is a nice classic. It may have been overly used about 20 to 30 years ago here in the U.S. But there wouldn't be many in the newest generation.
Stephanie Sofia is too "s" and "f" heavy for me. Sometimes I like combinations where the first letter of both names is the same, like
Ivy Isabelle and
Imelda Irene. :-) (I bend all sorts of rules for my beloved "i" names.) But
Stephanie Sofia isn't working for me; perhaps it's the added repetition of the "f" sound. How about
Stephanie Miranda,
Stephanie Mariah,
Stephanie Carys?
Susanna Minerva is wonderful.
Love it -- it's definitely my favorite one here.
