I used to hate it as well, but then my aunt named my cousin this so I sort of had to change my mind lol
Now I quite like it, esp the nn Pippa (which is what my cousin goes by)
I quite like Sarah Philippa, but I think I'd prefer something that ends in a 'e' sound like Chloe Philippa or Hermione Philippa
