I quite like Elsa. I don't think it would every actually be a big deal that Noah's mn is similar to Elsa's fn. Maybe they'll find it cute late, who knows? But since the fns are distinctly different, I don't think it will cause any confusion for either.

I second your thoughts on the fn/mn/confusion-thing.
I love Elsa; it's one of those names I'd use in a heartbeat, especially as it's an honouring name in this case.
