Thoughts on Hadley?
I've liked this name for a few years (for a girl). My sister's friend just named her new daughter Hadley! WDYT of it?

I dislike it. One of my aunt's good friends is named Hadley and I don't think it suits her at all. It doesn't strike me as feminine at all.

I've been thinking about this name lately. When my dd says our neighbor, Hayley's, name she says something like Hadley.
As a child I had an acquaintance called Hadley, at the time I thought it was the neatest name.
I do like L's and D's in girls names, but Hadley doesn't seem substantial to me. As a nn for something perhaps, but as a given name it just has a semi nice sound but nothing stellar about it.

My friend's sister named her daughter Elinor Hadley. I don't like it at all. It's harsh, masculine and nothing special.

I don't like it at all. It sounds very masucline and unattractive to me.

I think it's kind of cool. Not my style, but very silverscreeny. I do wonder why it isn't more popular as an alternative to Haley.

I really like it for a boy as either a full name or a nn for Hadrian. Maybe Hadley short for Hadriana on a girl.
