I am a twin too...
in reply to a message by Fer
And I completely agree. We have the same middle name but we don't have matching first names so generally we don't have any problems name wise. There really is no need to pair them up more than needed, the dumb questions are enough "Do you guys dress alike?! Or like the same guys?!" I have seen twins though with exactly the same names and I felt so sorry for them. That is basically like saying you're the same person.

The same middle name, as in the exact same name?! That's awful, but I am glad your FNs are separate. My sister and I could be worse -- Jen and Jess -- but if we get comments about that, imagine how much worse it is for the REALLY matched names!

Eh not really, I've never used my middle name...and neither have my parents. Ever. I think it's just there so I'd have a middle initial to be honest. And no one else knows it so it never bothered us at all really. I'd rather have the same middle name than be "Rose and Lily" "Mae and Rae" "Madelyn and Madison," I know sisters that have the same middle name and they aren't twins so I never really thought it was that odd.

Are you the Jen or the Jess? We had Jennifer / Jessica twins at school, but they weren't identical.

Jen. We're identical.More often than not we were just a "Je..." sound that trailed off because they weren't sure which ending to add. But it wasn't too bad because I'm quite a bit taller than she is.

Jenna and Jenny is pretty bad. I can't decided which is worse of the ones I know, Julie and Jolie, Brayden Ray and Aiden Rene (g), or Konner Lee and Kaler Lee (whose parents are named Kyle Lee and Kara Lin).
