Nils.
I just recently came across this very interesting name called Nils. What do you think of it? (I commented on it)[edited for typo]

I love it! But I prefer Niels, which is in my top 10 for boys.

I've always kind of liked it.

This used to be my favorite masculine name. It's not in my top 5 anymore but I still like it.

Less corny than other forms of Cornelius! I like Scandinavian names in general: have you considered Lars, for instance?

I've never heard of it. Can't say I care for it much but it may make a nice nick name.

interesting!I am fascinated by Scandinavian names. How would this be pronounced? Neels? Or just as it appears, with a short i?I strikes me as very very masculine and artsy. I picture a wickedly intelligent architect with a name like this. Very big and brawny, but with a definite sensitive side for art and beauty. Like a Swedish Jackson Pollock or something. It looks like it could be adorable on a little boy, and very attractive on a grown man. Nice, I like it!
