I had the same thoughts about Clara Catherine and Clara Cecilia.
I think the doubles Cs in Clara Cecilia don't bother me because they are pronounced differently. (Uhm, at least I pronounce them differently)

Oh duh, yeah that's probably why. I feel silly for not realizing that. The C is Cecilia is soft like an S so it didn't really bother me.
