Eh, I can't stand Darcy on a girl, to me it seems like the most manly, romantic boy name out there. But out of your choices, I guess Darcy Marie, as I think Marie is beautiful, and makes an awesome first name choice.

Though I wouldn't like it on a boy, Darcy seems masculine to me, because it makes me think of Father Brian D'Arcy and Mr Darcy from Pride and Prejudice (who doesn't seem to have a first name). I don't really like this name, but out of your combos I like Darcy Marie the most.
