I think it's very pretty :)

I love the spelling, but the prn is really counterintuitive. Everyone's going to prn it MIH-luh. Spell it Mila if want it to sound like MEE-luh.

I adore the pronounciation but prefer spelling it Mila.

I adore it (because I adore Milla Jovovich). But I would pronounced Milla as MILL-uh, and Mila as MEE-luh. The double l changes the pronunciation.

I've always liked it. I've always prefered it prn. Mee-luh anyways :)

It's pretty and a little unusual, sounds almost oriental. The main problem would be people knowing how to pronounce it. But overall, I think it's lovely.
