Would the names Joan and John be too close for sibling names?

DS: John Alexander Frances
DD/DD: Marion Anastasia / Joan Elizabeth

Little siblings will probably have the names of Oliver, Gregory, Eleanor or Agnes / Agatha.

And lastly, what are some good nicknames for Joan? These can be kinda silly, "just called by the family & friends" names.
