Twins at a party, plus a graduate.
A neighbor kid's birthday was yesterday evening, and some distant cousins of hers were there. Their (guessing about 6 months old) twin GIRLS were named Tanner and Tallon.
Also, in the local paper, a girl named Starberri graduated from high school.
Strange.

Tanner and Tallon really are not too flattering on a girl. Oh well, I've heard of someone naming their daughter Gunner. No that's just brutal...
Starberri looks and sounds more like a screen name to me.

Okay...talk about weird names.
My friend's younger brother is named Tanner.
What were the parents thinking when they named their poor daughter Starberri?

All of them are ugly IMHO. Tanner is fine on a boy, even if it is trendy, but on a girl it's just so masculine. And Tallon would be ugly on either gender. I just think of a big hawk swooping down and grabbing a rabbit with it's talons. Not a pretty picture! Starberri is just weird. Another person named after a My Little Pony or is this one a Carebear? :P
Random thought, it always looks like people use My Little Ponies as inspiration for naming their daughters. I just wonder why people don't use the Cabbage Patch Dolls as inspiration instead? Mine is named Glenna Matilda (I call her Tilly). That would be much better than some of the names I've seen in Sabrina's BAs.

I always look at Cabbage Patch dolls to see if any have good names! I've seen some bad bad bad ones that I hope nobody would use ... Lexi Lorraine comes to mind. Stripper, anyone? I've also seen a Nevaeh Cabbage Patch doll. Maybe you get all the good ones in your area!
I wonder where they pull the names from.

Ick on all accounts. Starberri? Sounds like a three-year-old saying "strawberry."
