Thomas...
What do you think? I was thinking about using it and calling him Tommy, if I have a boy one day.

I love Thomas. It is my great uncle's name and I would like to maybe use it as a middle name someday.

Thomas is handsome. I don't like Tommy. I like Thom (and only that spelling).

I have a friend who is due in about three months and she has picked out the name Thomas for the little one. I love the name, as well, though it might be that I'm partial, as it is my father's name. And, I think the nickname Tommy is great. A good name to grow with a person, I think.

I think it's quite nice. My nephew is, Thomas!

I love Tom. Not big on Tommy. It's not bad, but I think Tom is extremely handsome and cool. Thomas is a bit stuffy for everyday use, but it's nice to have the formality as an option. It's a great, versitile and timeless name. I know it's really popular, but I haven't met many my age (I'm 18). My ex-boyfriend was one of the few I met and it fit him extremely well. He was intelligent yet down-to-earth rock band member and German major. Interesting guy. So I can see Tom on just an all-around cool and outgoing, yet intelligent person.

I LOVE the name Thomas and I'm glad you're going to go with Tommy as a nn as opposed to Tom.=)

I like it but for some reason have been put off by it recently. Tom is okay, not a huge fan of Tommy. Reminds me of Rugrats. If I had a son Thomas I think I'd just call him Thomas without a nickname, Tom is so rough to say for me for whatever reason.

Thomas is an okay name, but not something I'd use myself. I used to like it less, but it has grown on me some. I really dislike the nickname Tommy though. I prefer Tom.
