A little overkill, but it's fine. I've known several J families, M families, etc. Some parents are into that.

Okay... but a lot of C's!!! To me it seems like too many... if my first initial was the same as my spouse's, I would not also have my children's names start with that initial... but I guess they didn't mind!

I think Chloe and Cooper are cute together, but I dont think they will age very well.

I agree... maybe Cooper, but Chloe sounds like a very youthful name to me.
