Genevieve. It looks prettier, has an interesting history, and yields more cute nns if wanted.
Once the novelty wears off Esmée (I like the double e spelling so much better than with only one e) it can look quite plain and ordinary - especially when the accent is left off by people. It would suit Genevieve as a mn.
