Summer
What do you think of the name Summer. I love this name for a girl and its my favorite season. I was just thinking to myself if I had twin girls right now Id name them Betty and Summer.

I adore Summer. It has really grown on me recently and I love it. So pretty and light. But I'm not sure it's a good match with Betty, they seem mismatched to me.

Sorry, I never liked it. It seems trashy imo.

I think it's beautiful, and I adore Summer with the nickname Sunny.

I think Summer is a beautiful name.

I don't like it particularly. I think it is dated and reminds me of snooty girls. However, I do like Sommer on a guy.

More than seven years ago I hit on Summer as the perfect name for my third daughter (who never came; got a second son instead, which was just as nice!), because both my other girls have S names, and our last name just lends itself to Summer so beautifully. (Others may disagree and find it too themey, but I don't care. *sings to self, hands over ears* "Lalalalala I can't hear you..." ) If Gideon had been a girl her name would have been Summer Siena uncertain-2nd-mn Sands.Ever since then it's been in my top three. Some days it's number one.

I think it's pretty, but a bit too overused for my tastes - it's become a bit cheesy because it's so popular.

Betty and Summer sound silly as sisters and even more so as twins. Even though different naming styles among siblings don't usually bother me, these are so different they sound ridiculous.Besides that, I actually really like Summer a lot. It used to be one of my top names.

ignoreI would probley use it as a mn if my daughter was born in Summer. I think it sounds pretty. I knew a girl called April and she wasnt born in April and she was always getting asked if she was born in April she use to get really annoyed about it. I love the name April too, but it just sticks in my mind. Same with Winter, I would find it really strange if a litte Winter was born in Summer imo.

I like Summer, but I think it works best as a middle name. Betty would be a good nick name for Elizabeth.

I love it. I would use it if my daughter were born in, well, summer.

The name Summer makes me think of air-headed girls and Bratz dolls. Unfortunately I can't get over that. I might like it otherwise, I dunno. Betty and Summer go well together though.

It's alright. It looks kind of ugly written down, in my opinion, so heavy and not very elegant. The sound is alright, though and it has a pretty meaning and association.

It's my least favorite season, but I love the name Summer for a girl. Also love Autumn.

It's not one of my favorite names, but it's pleasant and likable none the less.
