Kelly Rutherford is a mom-of-two! The 40-year-old Gossip Girl star welcomed her second child, daughter Helena Grace Rutherford Giersch, on Monday evening in Los Angeles. Weighing in at 8 lbs., 12 oz, Helena arrived at 9:20 p.m and is “doing just fine,” says a rep.

Helena is very beautiful, especially in comparison with Helen. This is also coming from the view of someone who had a family member with either this name or Helen...the town Helena, Alabama was named after her.

I like both names, but I don't like anyone using Helena ;] I get sort of saddened seeing how popular it is here; I dont want a celebrity to use it.

...but otherwise, i like it.

(DO NOT like, however, that she has the same first two initials as her brother... Hermés Gustaf and Helena Grace.)

I think that may have been a coincidence seeing as both kids have second mns with different initials (Hermes Gustaf Daniel and Helena Grace Rutherford). If she was trying to be themey I am sure she would have kept to it

Maybe, but it looks like the 2nd MN honors in both instances [her maiden name, and her husband's name], while I don't think the first two names do.
