Liat
This is growing on me, and it would be an interesting twist to Lea /Lia (I'm aware they're not related). However, the meaning bugs me: "you are mine" whose? I dunno, I just find it weird, even though I know not many people will be aware of the meaning.
Any thoughts?

It's okay. I think it's too closely associated with the character from "South Pacific" to use, though. The meaning could be taken different ways but I think you can choose to interpret it however you want to.

I adore Liat, and personally, I find the meaning sweet and personal. It's like a mother who wants her daughter to know how much she loves her! The name is the sweetest, and I'd love to use it.

Wasn't this the name of a character in "South Pacific?" I think she was Bloody Mary's daughter, if I remember correctly ...
