I like Basil. I can't really picture it on a baby or a little boy, but I guess Baz I can. Basil Edward and Basil Henry would be nice, but I suppose you'd want two middle names? I'm afraid I'm not good at making those sorts of combos. The only thing I'd be afraid with Basil as the twin of Beatrice is they're both B names.Cecil is nice too, but I pronounce it SEES-ul.
