I love the name Tori on a girl! (but spelled Torri)
I don't care for the name as a nickname or as a name on its own. That being said, I know a girl named Torianna. :(
I don't care for it as a name in its own right, though I love it as a cute, spunky nickname for a girl. My daughter is called Torrie always, but her full name is Victoria. If I'd wanted to name her just Torrie or Tori, I could have done so, but I don't think that Tori is substantial enough to be a name on its own. Also, Victoria is such a beautiful name, why not use it and have Tori as the nickname? For some reason, though, I far prefer the spelling Torrie. Tori just so annoys me, even though it's more logical.
