I think Millie works as a full name, definately. If I were to use it, and I probably would, I would use it as a full name. If you're not comfortable with Millie as a full name, I'd chose Amelia.

Milla was supposedly used as a full name in the Middle Ages.

I would Choose a full name and have Millie be the NN. I have a friend named Amanda and we call her Millie accasionly. I like Amelia as a full make for Millie aswell. Camille is okay but i much prefer Camilla.

Emeline, Emilia, Emmeline, Imelda, Ludmila, Ludmilla, Mehetabel / Mehitabel, Millvina, Pomeline, Romilda, and Romilly could also be shortened to Millie.

It's ok as a nickname, but not as a full name.

How about Emilia or Milena?

I have friends living in the same city as you with a three-year-old daughter named Millicent "Milly", so I think Millie is totally usable :) It's also cute as a nickname for Amelia / Emilia and Camilla, among others.

Although I prefer it as a nn, I could see it as a given name. It feels more formal than similar Molly. There are definitely better full name choices than Mildred!
