Celebrity baby
E!’s Kristin Dos Santos and her husband João Dos Santos welcomed a son April 5th.
The baby boy was given a name — Luca Alexander Dos Santos!
Explanation: The first name was chosen as it means “bringer of light,” and Luca was born just as the sun rose over the city, while Alexander is a family name.
I like the name, but prefer the spelling Luka. Luka has been #1 male name in Croatia for the past 10-ish years and it seems to be getting more popular in other countries as well. (+ he was born on my birthday:-))

Nice combo! I love Luca in English, and Luka in other countries.
I love Alexander.
Please let it die soooo! I find it funny how the 'L' name trend is happening in Germany and Croatia at the same time:-)
Our top Ls are: Luka, Lovro, Leon, Leonardo, Leo & Laura, Lucija, Lorena, Lana, Lara...
I actually like quite a few l names, but would never use them because they're so popular. I'm really sorry about Larisa (which surprisingly is one L name that hasn't been used excessively), which I adore. But my dog is named Lara (they chose it at the shelter), so I got one in anyway, lol.

Oh no, the L trend is taking over the world :( I really dislike Leonie as well (@ mafiosa), but I like it as a middle name when it's honoring (as Chrysanthemum planned to use it). If it's not honoring and as a first name it's just terrible.
A tasteful name for a celebrity child. How refreshing. :-)
