Angela
What comes to mind when you hear this name? Just an initial image.
How about Lucia?

I like Angela. It seems very mature, but fun at the same time. I find it weird that I like Angela when I hate Angel, Angeline, Angelina, Angelica, etc.Lucia is okay. It kind of makes me think of a flirty, dark-haired girl. I prefer Lucy though.

A terrible woman I used to work with called Angela. She ruined the name for me. Apart from her, hockey playing blonde schoolgirls in 1950s school adventures.I like Angeline though - a good friend of mine is called this.Lucia - a dark, curly haired, laughing Italian girl. I knew a friend of a friend called Lucia. Good name.

Angela brings to mind angels or fairies.Lucia brings to mind blonde little girls dressed in white angel gowns, with candles illuminating their heads, celebrating Santa Lucia in Sweden. And also a gorgeous raven-haired Italian women.

I prefer Angela...Angela is pretty without being over used or overly dramatic. I don't like Lucia.

Angela brings to my mind an Italian-American girl. I grew up in an area where there were many Italian-Americans, and it seems that they were particularly fond of this name. My sister had a friend in high school named Angela who was---you guessed---of Italian descent.Lucia also brings to mind an Italian-American.

I love Angela. Lucia is also beautiful. I picture a blond hair, blue eyes, short, headstrong and stubborn.
