They do seem like twin names don't they? I'm one who would names twins like they were non-twin siblings, therefore I would actually try to avoid using names beginning with the same letter - BUT if I were to use names with the same letter, then Calista and Camilla do make good twins. They even have the same number of letters, syllables, and both end in A.
