Celia or Delia?
Which one do you like better? Why?
Thanks!

I adore them both! My grandmother is Cecelia and so that makes me think of her, but Delia is so sweet too!
Celia..
Delia reminds me of Delia Smith.
Delia reminds me of Delia Smith.
Both are lovely, but I slightly prefer Celia
I like both but I like Delia better.
Delia: it's my Clarinet's name. :)
Celia. Apart from being Shakespearean, and linked in my mind with the delectable name Rosalind, its "heavenly" meaning appeals to me, whereas "woman from Delos" is a bit obscure really.
I absolutely resist seeing Celia as a short form of Cecilia, as some people do, because although I like Cecilia (and Cecily) and the Cici nn I shudder at the meaning!

I strongly prefer Delia. I just prefer the sound and look and overall "feel" of it.
I've never cared for Celia (although I like Cecilia and love Cecily).
