REE-an...I believe this is a name on its own and also a nickname for Rhiannon.

REE-an......is the correct pronunciation I'm pretty sure, like Chanel said its like the start of Rhiannon. Every Rhian I've ever met has pronounced it that way anyway.

REE-an. I generally love Welsh names, but that's not one of them. I just don't like the sound of it.

I would pronounce it just like Ryan. If it's an 'alternative' (i.e. creative) spelling of Ryan I'm not sure I like it but otherwise I think it's quite nice.
