Ignatius
Im really loving/obsessing over Ignatius at the moment. I think it may be topping Caspian for my top name!
Probably the reason is that I named my beautiful new Trombone Ignatius
(His full name is: Ignatius Caspian Timotheus Pierrick Claude LN)
My question is: What would you name 2 boy siblings and 2 girl siblings to Ignatius?
For boys I thought maybe:
Ambrose, Cedric, Remus, Caspian or Maximilian
girls:
Arabella, Constance, Evelyn, Minerva
Im a bit stuck!

Ignatius is brilliant. I also really like the nn Iggy. One of the kittens was very nearly Ignatius, but I ended up going with Leonidas.
I think Ignatius & Caspian would make nice brothers, personally.
Ignatius & Leonidas (Iggy and Leo, perhaps)
Ignatius & Veritas
Ignatius & Octavia
Ignatius & Zipporah (Iggy and Zippy)
Other ideas:
Emerson, Octavian, Solomon, Tobias, Aurelius, Auberon, Prosper, Octavius, Lucien
Florence, Olympia, Hermione, Aurelia, Juniper, Romilly, Verity, Zephyrine, Alcyone
Anything you like?

I can appreciate Ignatius a lot even if it isn't my cup of tea :) I think the nn "Iggy" would be rather adorable.
I think you've listed some great ideas for siblings. I particularly enjoy Arabella. Some other sister's name could be (following the tone of uniquely named Saints):
Apollonia
Auria
Bibiana
Julitta
Odilia
and brothers:
I love your Ambrose, Maximilian, and Caspian, and also
Barnabas
Benedict
Cassian
Cornelius
Cyprian
Edwin
Ferdinand
Finnian
Marius
Oliver
Otto
Remi

Please
If you ever feel the need to comment on any of my posts again.. Dont.
I didn't ask whether you liked the name, I asked for sibs for Ignatius. If you had said I can't see why anyone would like it and then reply with something helpful that would be fine. But your post was idiotic.

Maybe, oh, Catholics?
It is a saint's name, after all. And I don't see how Ignatius sounds anything like "ignoramus".

wow, that's helpful.
Ooo, I really like Ignatius! I'd never use it, but that's ok. I love Maximilian, Arabella, Constance, and Minerva.
Oh, wow. All of your sibling names would be stellar. You can't miss with any of them. If I had to pick two, I'd say Ambrose and (Sulis?) Minerva as little sibs for Ignatius. But they all have a chic flair to them.
Others you might like as sibling to Ignatius:
Rex, Tarquin, Linus, Peter, Barnaby, Milo, Stephen, Wolfe, Stirling, Gervase, Rupert, Cyprian, Noel, Oswald, Laurent / Laurens / Lauritz, Roderick, Desmond, Porfirio, Moritz, Casimir, Theodosius, Alban, Roland, Clement;
Dulcie, Henrietta (Etta), Valeria, Muriel / Muirgheal, Laetitia, Clemence, Paloma / Jemima, Petra, Eugenia (nn Genia ?), Eleanora, Lucasta, Lucinda, Theodosia (nn Dosie, Dodie ?), Lois, Amalthea, Drusilla, Verity, Saskia, Natalia, Anouk, Sabine, Leda, Artemisia (nn Misia ?).

I went through an Ignatius phase when I was maybe 12. I still think it's pretty cool, but haven't thought about it in a long time.
I think Caspian goes very well with Ignatius. I like Maximilian with it too. Also maybe Lucius? And for girls Claudia immediately popped into my mind, and also Justine and Theodora. Going with the Roman thing, I guess. :)

Ignatius is grand! Also, Ambrose is one of my absolute favorite male names.
