Nelson and Franklin are very elderly-male-American to me. Once day they'll be ripe for revival, but today they'd still be out of sync.
Harvey is quite a young name where I live - more popular on children than adults - but that's just a regional thing. (I'm in the UK.)
I think Gerald is still useable today; it is more timeless than dated to me.
