Brooke's a very sweet name. It sound like a very kind and caring person and it is definitely an upper-class name.
Dated? Just a tad, but it's not too overwhelming and the name is still usable.
I know one Brooke. She is around my age, so about 19.
Hmmm . . . Estella Juliet Brooke doesn't work for me. Estella Juliet sounds fine on its own, but the combo seems to have a break there and Brooke is just tacked one. Estelle Julia Brooke and Stella Brooke are similar and I think that they work well.
