I've never liked this name. I think it's the sounds or something... none of my favorites.

I know 2 girls named Brooke (both roughly 23), but I feel like I've met younger girls with this name as well. So no, it doesn't really feel dated but if definitely doesn't feel upper class either.

It's my first name and I quite like it. I've met/known of maybe 5 other Brookes, ranging from around my age (20) to 13/14. This is in New Zealand though, it's probably more popular elsewhere. I don't know if it's dated here, since it seems to have caught on a little later over here than elsewhere. Even for me, an 'American Brooke' is different from a 'NZ Brooke'. A Brooke in the media is usually a mean and/or ditzy cheerleader type.

Brooke's a very sweet name. It sound like a very kind and caring person and it is definitely an upper-class name.

Hmmm . . . Estella Juliet Brooke doesn't work for me. Estella Juliet sounds fine on its own, but the combo seems to have a break there and Brooke is just tacked one. Estelle Julia Brooke and Stella Brooke are similar and I think that they work well.

I prefer Brook, and boy only for me

I love Brooke, but I don't know anyone with that name. It sounds kind of upper-class to me

I only know 1 Brooke and she is 5. I dont think its tacky. The Brooke I know is very girly and full of questions! She has curly golden brown hair and brown eyes.
