WHY is that so difficult to understand? Asking the EXACT SAME THING is a waste of time. If she had reworded it, it would've been fine. But it was THE SAME QUESTION (was it even a question?), even if it had a somewhat different intent.

Talking about the same name twice in a short amount of time is also bad.
