Did you find that somewhere or is that just how you would prefer it to be pronounced? I'm just wondering as I couldn't find any definitive answer when I've looked before. Since Godiva is formed from the same element 'gifu' that's why I thought it might be more correct but on checking again most seem to have the i as ee. I like soon-ee-va just as much.
