I don't think Azalea is too unusual - it's not common but it's not weird either.
But I do think that Hazel and Azalea would fail the "other end of the house" test - go to one end of the house, and have your DH go to the other end. Shout the two names a few times, then have him shout them back. If you can't definitely and immediately tell which name is being shouted each time, they're too close for siblings.
