I think Spencer and Harper wouldn't be a ever good sibset but I think Spencer does go well with your other names!

Those are all fine but I wouldn't go with Spencer & Harper unless they were both boys or both girls because of the same sound at the end. And I don't know if Harper really goes with your other names very well *sorry*.
