I love all of them, with the exception of Penelope. I don't mind the name Penny, but Penelope seems to over-done and formal with the other names.

I agree very much. It probably helps that I like them all except for Toby. Something about it just makes me think that I wouldn't like someone named Toby, even though it sounds fine.

I agree, all except for Toby. Tobias (or even better, Thomas) fits the sibset more than Toby does.

Jane is so underused these days! I love it. Jane Penelope would be nice.

Penelope seems out of place the rest are perfect.

Toby (Tobias), Violet, Jane and Penelope sound like a great sibling set to me. My only quibble is that Toby is more of a nn than a real, full name. But on a day to day, calling-them-in-for-dinner standard, A+.
