Neither.
Caleb is the the more popular, nice enough but I can't stand it's meaning. Connor is overdone and surnamery and has a dog related meaning but at least it doesn't literally mean 'dog'. It may be pronounced the same as Connor, but Conor is so much better. It's probably why it's hugely popular in Ireland ;-p Caleb Alasdair and Connor Lucas.
