Neither.Caleb is the the more popular, nice enough but I can't stand it's meaning. Connor is overdone and surnamery and has a dog related meaning but at least it doesn't literally mean 'dog'. It may be pronounced the same as Connor, but Conor is so much better. It's probably why it's hugely popular in Ireland ;-p Caleb Alasdair and Connor Lucas.

Caleb. I far prefer Caleb. In fact, I love Caleb. Connor is too surnamey trendy.

Hello! If still undecided you may pick the name based on their meanings? Caleb = Dog (symbolizing Devotion) in Hebrew and Connor = hound lover in Gaelic. By the way are you a dog lover? :)
Anyway, both names are great.Stephanie* * *

Caleb. Mainly because Connor is soooo overused where I live! I like Caleb with traditional English middle names. Maybe: Caleb James, Caleb Richard, Caleb Martin, Caleb Scott, Caleb Anthony?

That's a hard one, I like both.
My boyfriend is Caleb Ryan, but I'm not good with combos.
