Spanish first name for class
In my spanish class, my teacher wants us to pick a spanish name. Everyone else has, but I can't come up with something that I like. Actually, it doesn't even have to be a REAL name. It can just be a spanish word. I want something beautiful. Can anyone help me out?

Esperanza and Liliana were mine
I took Spanish for three years. I had two different teachers and these were my two names. I adore both of them... Esperanza means "hope" and is also a word (like Alondra). Liliana was to honor my grandmother Lillian.

Choose Alondra- it's a word and a name!
I love the name Leonor. I think it's beautiful.
I personally love Marisol. It means sun, and is a beautiful name.
ohhhhh fun :) I have a Chinese name in my Chinese class as well but we never got to choose names in English or Spanish class. I was Sonia in French class.
How about Noelia (no-AY-lee-ah), one of my faves. I also like Maria, Mercedes, Lucia, Noa (this is popular in Spain), Núria, Lola and Rosalia.
I think I'd go with Lola or Noelia.
