Asia

It's the name of a nymph in Greek mythology(pronounced differently)
It's the name of an Oceanid in Greek mythology.
I don't mind it but it's a bit downmarket where I live.

Oh, I think it's lovely and exotic. I believe that there was a character in Greek mythology named Asia, so it's a revival of a very old name.
I love the sound of it. I doubt I'd use it but it's pretty and has exotic connotations. A bit of a gp I suppose. I also love the sound of Cheyanne but would never use it. I like the "sh" sound in names.
Asia is ridiculous.
Well, according to this site it is a real name, albeit a diminutive and with a different pronunciation than the continent. I guess you can pull it off if you live in Poland but I hate these place names (Asia, India, Ireland, China, etc.). I could bet most people that name their children after one of these places haven't even been there.
I find it odd, too "geographical"
I like it. I've heard it before and I've always liked it. It has a soft, feminine sound and a pretty look to it.
