Re: Do celebrities set our naming trends?

If I hear another "Ava Grace" or "Ava Elizabeth" I think I will tear my hair out. People can be such sheep! But that's just human nature I suppose ... We mimic each other constantly, and we mimic celebrities even more. Their haircuts, their fashion sense, and their naming tastes as well.
Some other names I think were accelerated by celebrities:
Lily / Lila
Stella
Mia / Maya
Honey (So many British Z-listers have used this...)
With boys, I suspect there's a couple of pint-sized Griffin's running about LA, since that's another name that's suddenly soared and that seems to be on *everyone's* list.

"Yeehaw!" is not a foreign policy!
