Pia
What do you think of Pia (PEE-ah) ? Does it make you think of "pee" ? Would you use it ? Is it popular where you live ?

It makes me think of pee and I would never use it. Very annoying name.
I love Pia. There was a teacher at my high school named that and it always makes me think of her (and she was never even my teacher). I wouldn't use it, but I like hearing it. I only know the one and I hardly ever hear the name.
I love it, and no one in America is using it.
In Italy, it would be a bit of an old lady's name. I also find it too short and personally I'm not sure I'd want to name my daughter "pious", it's a bit odd if you're not religious at all.
I'm not particularly bugged by the "pee" sound, possibly because I'm used to the name.

I think it is a cute name and not used (that I know of) where I live. I have only seen the name used in video games. Never seen it on a person where I live.
It doesn't make me think of urine. No more than Peter does. Or any other name with a Pee sound.
I probably wouldn't use it, because I don't like short names so much. But it is still a good name.

It's lovely. I think it's an adorable little name, and no, it doesn't make me think of urine. It's not popular where I live, and I've never heard it on anyone I know or have come across. It was Ingrid Bergman's eldest daughter's name (well, technically, it was her middle name, but she never used her first name), and the letters stood for Petter-Ingrid-Alltid.
